My healing journey began on a beautiful sunny day when I found myself lost in thought, staring down at concrete with a frown. Suddenly a stranger flashed me a smile, igniting an incredible spark of inspiration to become a beacon of positivity! I embraced the adventure of healing, waving goodbye to depression and diving headfirst into Reiki.

I committed to daily self-reiki and meditation to keep my energy vibrant and aligned. Along this exhilarating journey, I’ve infused my routine with joyful practices like Kinrgy dancing, gratitudes, Morning Pages, affirmations, hiking, retreats, and Artist Dates! While I'm not perfect, I’ve made tremendous strides in becoming a radiant being. When I’m not practicing Reiki, I treasure delightful moments with my beloved cat, Napolina (or Lina), who brings boundless joy and companionship into my life!
